  • Do you have free parking options?
    Our free parking is located in Waikīki on Kalaimoku St, Seaside Ave, Hobron St, and Beach Walk .
  • What are the requirements to rent a car?
    You must have a valid driver’s license and credit card in your name at the time of arrival. If you decline our car insurance coverage at the time of rental, proof of insurance is required when you pick up your vehicle.
  • What are the age limits for renting a car?
    You must be at least 21 years of age. The underage driver fee applies to anyone under 25 years of age.
  • Can I request a specific vehicle, make, or color?
    We will do our very best to provide you with the vehicle of your choice. We have no control over vehicles being returned on time or if the vehicles are returned with physical or mechanical damage, therefore we can never 100% guarantee vehicle makes or colors.
  • What is the cancellation and no show policy?
    Paid reservations may be cancelled at any time without incurring fees 48 hours prior to your reservation. If you are late for your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate a late return but can only do so if we don’t have another reservation after your original reservation was scheduled to return. We will hold your reserved vehicle for 30 minutes past your original pick up time. After 30 minutes, we reserve the right to consider you a no show and cancel your reservation without notice.
  • Do you offer After-hours return?
    After-hours returns are available only at the Waikīkī location. All pickups and drop-offs at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and Kalihi locations must be done during our business hours from 8 AM to 4 PM. The car you rent from us must be returned to the location where you initially picked it up.
  • Do you have child safety seats?
    Yes, based on availability we have child safety seats. Please ask about child seat availability and at the time of reservation we will supply one for you, however you must install the equipment yourself. There is a daily fee for child seats.
  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Is there a limit of miles or price per mile?
    The rental fee includes unlimited mileage!
