Our free parking is located in Waikīki on Kalaimoku St, Seaside Ave, Hobron St, and Beach Walk .

You must have a valid driver’s license and credit card in your name.

You must be at least 21 years of age. The underage driver fee applies to anyone under 25 years of age.

We will do our very best to provide you with the vehicle of your choice. We have no control over vehicles being returned on time or if the vehicles are returned with physical or mechanical damage, therefore we can never 100% guarantee vehicle makes or colors.

● Paid reservations may be cancelled at any time without incurring fees 24 hours prior to your reservation  ● If a vehicle is returned earlier than the scheduled return date the renter will be eligible for a refund based on full 24-hour increments. Partial days will not be refunded.

After-hours returns are available only at the Waikiki location. The car you rent from us must be returned to the location where you initially picked it up.

Yes, based on availability we have child safety seats. Please ask about child seat availability and at the time of reservation we will supply one for you, however you must install the equipment yourself. There is a daily fee for child seats.

Yes, at the time of rental, a refundable security deposit of $500.00 will be held on the renter’s credit/debit card - other forms of payment are not accepted as listed above. These funds will not be available for your use until the vehicle is returned.

The rental fee includes unlimited mileage!

Renters with a non‐U.S. driver’s license must present their valid physical license and a passport in the same name. An International Driving Permit (IDP) cannot be used alone; it is only a translation. If the license is not in English and uses a non‐Latin alphabet (e.g., Japanese, Russian, Arabic), an IDP is required in addition to the original license.

Digital driver’s licenses may be shown at checkout, but Hawaiʻi law requires drivers to carry a physical license while operating a vehicle.

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve and rent. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or prepaid cards. The payment card must be in the primary driver’s name, and the same card may be required at pickup for verification

Yes, we provide optional coverages for damages to the rental car.
