We offer convenient overnight parking and after-hours returns; allowing customers to drop off vehicles outside of business hours or park them overnight. For both options, please place the key in the designated lockbox. Keys can be retrieved from reception the following morning.
To complete the parking process:
● Parking is permitted within the cordoned area, this will be explained in more detail when you pick up the vehicle.
● Please place the vehicle keys in the designated lockbox upon arrival.
● Keys may be retrieved from our agent during regular business hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM HST the following day.
Please note:
● A $50.00 fee will be charged if the vehicle keys are not returned upon parking.
● Additional charges will be incurred if the vehicle keys are not returned when the rental ends, including fees for key replacement and other related losses.
333 Seaside Ave (Waīkīkī Parking Garage)
This location offers 24/7 unlimited in-and-out access.
Customers will be issued an access card for garage entry, which must be returned when the vehicle is returned. A $300.00 replacement fee will apply for any lost or damaged access cards upon return of the vehicle.
There are several garages in the area, so it's important to confirm you're entering the correct one:
● Our garage has a flat entrance that continues straight until you reach the back, where the actual garage begins.
● If you find yourself immediately going up a ramp, you’re at the wrong garage.
● Having trouble with your key card? Double-check that you’re at the correct garage and that you’re using the key card properly.
Please note:
● The garage is shared with Ross Dress for Less.
● Parking is permitted on the 4th floor and above, as the lower levels are reserved for Ross customers.
1785 Ala Moana Blvd (Marina Parking Garage)
This location offers 24/7 unlimited in-and-out access.
The entrance to the garage is located on Hobron Street, next to Red Lobster restaurant.
Customers will be issued an access card for garage entry, which must be returned when the vehicle is returned. A $300.00 replacement fee will apply for any lost or damaged access cards upon return of the vehicle.
2080 Kalākaua Ave (King Kalākaua Plaza)
This location offers unlimited 24/7 valet service.
Flexible pricing based on rental duration:
● $15 per day for rentals of 2 days or less.
● Complimentary parking for rentals of 3 days or more.
The entrance to this garage is located on Kalaimoku Street, directly across from the Ritz-Carlton, at the Marriott Vacation Club property. Please use the valet entrance when accessing the facility.
When you arrive:
● Pull up to the porte cochère at the entrance.
● Let the valet attendant know your name and that you're with Akamai Rentals.
● Valet will provide you with a ticket and park the car for you.
